Our Classes.

We offer privates, duets and small group equipment sessions as well as specialised mat classes. You can do as many classes as you like and mix and match for best results.

Choose the class that suits you wherever you are in your fitness journey.

Group classes are individually tailored mixed-equipment Pilates classes limited to 4 people.

After completing an Initial Consultation, you can book into a group session. You will work with one of our amazing instructors at your own level, with your goals and anything that was identified in the Initial, as part of your workout.

Group classes are perfect if you love exercising with other people and enjoy the benefits of personalised feedback to get the most out of your workout.

Group classes are suitable for everyone including anyone with injuries, pre- /post-natal and sport-specific requirements.

Our Stretch & Release Mat Pilates classes are instructor-led classes focusing on the tight spots. Using small Pilates equipment such as Foam Rollers, Therabands, balls and blocks, these classes use a combination of trigger-point release, yoga, Pilates and stretching techniques to release and relieve tension.

The best class to attend if you’ve had a stressful week, have post-exercise muscle tension and want to work on your flexibility.

If you are over 65, these classes are for you. Completed in a circuit using the Pilates equipment, you will build overall strength and range of motion while focusing on balance and coordination.

All exercises are low impact and specific to issues that may arise such as arthritis, osteoporosis, balance and posture.

After completing an Initial Consultation to identify any medical and physiological issues, together we will work on exercises that help build muscle, prevent falls and improve overall wellbeing while working out in a fun, friendly, supportive studio.

Private classes are perfect if you have significant injuries, goals and requirements, or you just love diving deeper into your Pilates practice.

Privates allow you and your instructor the time to work together. You get cues and details that are relevant to you and you get to deepen your understanding of Pilates and the principles.

Privates are perfect for everyone at any stage of the fitness journey. If you prefer one on one attention, a quieter environment and privacy to discuss your issues, book an appointment that suits your schedule.

Zoom classes are private classes done from your own home, hotel room or anywhere you have space. Many of our Zoom clients are located overseas and unable to attend the studio in person. Zoom classes can be mat only or use any Pilates equipment you own.

Wherever you are in your health and wellness journey our studio is here to help you achieve the best results.
