We work with you, not against you.
Pilates is for everybody, young and old, regardless of fitness ability. It can be customised to any fitness level. We work with the elderly, injured people, dancers, athletes and anyone who wants the benefits of a smart functional workout.
-
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and clean fresh socks or grip socks and bring a towel. Grip socks can be purchased in the studio.
-
We provide change rooms in the studio but no showering facilities are available.
-
Absolutely! In fact we encourage it. Unless you have been specifically instructed by your doctor, it is beneficial to continue Pilates. Even if you have a foot in the boot or a broken arm, we can still work on the rest of the body. And in most cases it is encouraged to keep moving the injured area. Remember, our class sizes are a maximum of four people so you will also be given the careful attention you need.
-
That is up to you. With keeping your injuries and goals in mind and how you feel on the day, we can make your session as sweaty or as remedial as you like.
-
We ask that you respect our 24 hour cancellation policy. We want to give you the best possible care and attention and for that we need to keep class sizes small. As a result we often have a waitlist and if we get plenty of notice in case of changes and cancellations we are able to offer that spot to others without penalty. However, if you cancel last minute or don’t turn up with the exception of emergencies, we will charge you for that class.

There is plenty of parking available around the studio. You can get free two-hour parking at Broadway Shopping Centre, which is a 2-minute walk from the studio as well as paid one-hour parking between 8am and 6pm on the surrounding streets.
