Our Classes.
We offer privates, duets and small group equipment sessions as well as specialised mat classes. You can do as many classes as you like and mix and match for best results.
Choose the class that suits you wherever you are in your fitness journey.
Studio Classes
Studio sessions are individually tailored classes limited to 4 people. You will have full use of all the studio equipment and you will be working with your instructor at your own level.
These classes are perfect for everyone in particular anyone with injuries, pre/post-natal and sport-specific requirements.
To join a studio class you will need to complete an Initial Assessment prior to your class so that we can design a program for you with your goals and fitness in mind.
Mat Classes
We have specifically designed mat if you are looking for a more general workout. The classes are limited in numbers so that you can have space to move and still receive individual attention from your instructor.
Choose from Strength & Conditioning or Stretch & Release or combine the two for the ultimate all over body workout.
If you have an injury, any niggles or you are pregnant please attend our studio classes. Unfortunately the mat classes will not be suitable for you.
Over 65s Equipment
If you are over 65 these classes are for you! Completed in a circuit using the Pilates equipment, you will build overall strength and range of motion while focusing on balance and coordination.
All exercises are low impact and we will pay particular attention to the issues that may arise as we age.
Please complete an initial assessment before you join this class so that your instructor can modify accordingly.
